My research interests include the application of management theories to the University environment and particularly the world of alumni relations.
Thus far I have done some work to test the applicability of the concept of the Balanced Scorecard and strategy mapping to alumni relations, but am interested in developing the use of management theory to explore how to measure what is a realitively qualitative field.
