I am a Software Engineer - a MEng in Software Engineering from the University of Aberystwyth and an EngD in Computer Science from University College London.
Before joining the Computer Laboratory, Cambridge, I held a post-doctoral position at the Department of Computer Science (UCL), working with ontology-based biological data, implementing solutions for ontology-based queries, and the development of an online interface for building and rewriting ontology-based queries and retrieving results from caGRID (the Grid-enabled infrastructure of the caBIG® programme). Before that, I was working on change-management for biological experimentation, implementing an experimental-modelling framework for my doctoral thesis.
